Read Pinoy Kids is a nonprofit initiative that aims to provide free books to low income elementary and high school kids in the Philippines. Filipinos refer to themselves as "Pinoy".

This website is a great resource for teaching your kids to read. This Reading Mama (thisreadingmama.com) also has free printables. I have used her materials for my son.
